We are looking for a motivated Insurance Account and Sales Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a candidate that is hungry and willing to put in the time and effort to create a highly profitable insurance career!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
- Provide top tier customer service
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales experience (outside or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
BENEFITS:
- Salary plus commission/bonus
- 1st year - a new salesperson can expect to make $35k to $40k
- 2nd year - a successful salesperson can expect to make $40k to $45k
- 3rd year - a motivated person can generate $50k or more!

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
